The plate heat exchanger is composed by a group of metal bellows plates, with holes on metal plates, and the heat transfer is carried out by the two flowing liquids in these holes. The plate is installed between a frame plate and a pressure plate, to seal the channel and guide the liquids into the channels alternately. The number of plates is determined by the the physical properties, pressure drop and temperature of the liquids. The bellows on plate promote drop and temperature of the liquids, and supports the pressure drop on plate. It is used for cooling and heating of cleaning liquids.
